1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made on clawixo.com, operated by ICR Global Solutions. Placing an order on the site implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
Clawixo offers accessories and equipment for pets (cats and dogs). Product descriptions and photographs are provided for information purposes only; slight variations may exist compared to the visuals shown.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes. Clawixo reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Order and Payment
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. Clawixo does not store any banking data on its servers.
5. Shipping
Products are shipped from our partner warehouses. Delivery times generally range between 7 and 16 business days depending on the destination and the product ordered. These timeframes are indicative and may vary due to customs or exceptional circumstances.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Union consumer regulations, customers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification. The customer then has 14 days to return the item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part.
7. Warranties and Returns
